Bryan Ohio Hometown Hero Banner Order Form

Description

The Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce Hometown Hero Banner Program is a tribute created for the community to recognize and honor our ACTIVE BRYAN service personnel who are currently serving in the Military branches of our country.
 
Each banner will be two sided and placed on one of the poles in the downtown.  Banners will be displayed during the months of March through November, and will remain within the scheduled pole rotation while the service person is on active duty.  When a service person has been discharged, the banner will be removed and kept for the sponsor of the banner to pick up within one month.
 
Anyone can sponsor a banner for any ACTIVE BRYAN service person, or seek out a sponsor.  The Bryan Chamber will not obtain sponsors nor be able to sponsor any banners.  Sponsor wording may only be two lines high and no logos will be used.  Only one (1) banner is allowed per service person.
 
Each banner requires the Hometown Hero online application process be completed prior to banner order being placed.  All banners will receive a proof to review and approve prior to the printing process.  No banner will be printed until full payment is received.
 
If all 35 Poles become occupied, a waiting list will be compiled and rotated in as banners are removed.
 
Banners will be 24" x 48" heavy vinyl and will resemble the sample banner above.   Each banner will be printed the same on both sides, will display the service persons photograph, their first and last names, branch of Military and sponsor name(s).
 
All service personnel must be a resident (when not in service) of Bryan, OH.  All banners will say "Bryan Hometown Hero." No rank of service will be listed on the banners.
