Stuff to know about the Bryan Chamber Fireworks Disc Golf Tournament
NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED IN THE BRYAN CITY PARKS
MUST PRE-REGISTER!
Teams - A 2 (two) person team will be paired up with another 2 (two) person team. This will be done randomly using a computer generated program. Teams will be assigned flight times based on date/time order of registration.

Shot Gun Start - Two, 2 person teams will be assigned a starting hole, and once assigned, the teams will be asked to go to that hole and wait for the "gun-shot" to begin.

Food Trucks - There will be various types of food trucks located on Newdale Drive for your food and drink needs.

Arrival / Registration / Check-In - ALL players are required to check in at the Registration Table upon arrival. A white tent will be located near hole #1.  Please arrive within 15 minutes of flight time.

Winning Teams - For each flight, the team (2 person team) with the lowest score will be awarded $500. Teams will maintain their own score, with the paired team maintaining their score.

2nd Chance Prize Drawing - All participants when registering will be asked to record their name, phone number and e-mail address to be entered in the 2nd Chance prize drawing. These 2nd Chance drawings will be conducted during  each flight with those playing in the associated flight entered. Each flight will have the same valued prizes awarded. An overall 2nd Chance Prize Drawing will be held at the end of the 4pm flight with ALL participants entered. Those not present, will be notified via phone call or e-mail if name is drawn.

50/50 Drawing - This will be done at the conclusion of the 4pm flight. Tickets will be one (1) for $2 or three (3) for $5. All 50/50 entries require name and phone number. Winners of 50/50 and 2nd Chance drawings, need not be present to win. Anyone may purchase 50/50 tickets, but the 2nd Chance Prize Drawing is for participants ONLY!

Tee Off Location - ALL Participants will be shooting their disc from the Red Tee Boxes

PLEASE REMEMBER - This is a FUNdraiser (emphasis on FUN) held to benefit the Bryan Chamber Day-in-the-Parks Fireworks Show that is held on June 22nd at approximately 10pm, in the Recreation Park. These are the Day-in-the-Parks Fireworks, (not the 4th of July) celebrating the great parks we have in Bryan. All proceeds from the Disc Golf event will be used to meet the $15k fireworks cost/goal.
