Fall Fest on the Square 2025

Fees/Admission

Please note: This registration is for Fall Fest on the Square, not Barn Fest which is located at the Ice Rink.

Registration Fees:
• $25 – Bryan Area Chamber Members
• $50 – Non-Members

Important Information:

• A detailed description of what you will be selling is required with your registration.

• Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. If you need more room, please purchase an additional booth.

• Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided.

• If bringing a tent, you must bring appropriate anchors. Tents without anchors will not be permitted to set up.

• Early tear-down is not allowed.

• A confirmation email with booth location and event details will be sent one week prior to the event.

• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within one week of the event.

• The event will take place rain or shine. It will only be cancelled in the event of lightning or a severe weather warning.
