Please Note:
--Orchard Hills Golf Club has a Dress Requirement for both men and women, please make the necessary arrangements to adhere to this requirement.
--The driving range, putting green and chipping area will be available for practice starting at 11 AM.
--ALL golfers must check-in at the registration table prior to any practice.
--If inclement weather postpones the tournament or requires the tournament to be moved, the event will be moved to the following Monday (the 24th of August). If team is unable to play on the following Monday and requires cancelation of their registration, the Chamber will refund 75% of fees paid.
--If cancelation of the Golf Scramble occurs, the Chamber will refund 90% of all fees paid.

Bronze Sponsor $375 Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees, plus Prize Sponsorship.
Early Registration Discount - Receive $25 Discount on any of the above three Sponsor Levels when registering your team early (45 days prior to the event)
Team Sponsor $350 Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees.
Tee or Green Sponsor $100
Entire Hole Sponsor $175
Prize Sponsor $60
We are able to bill your registration for all incidentals: These may include Mulligans, Throws, In the Circle, Pro Shot, Fantasy Golf Cards.
If you wish to be billed for these incidentals, please mark this on your registration.
Entire Team Fee for incidentals is $70
Individual Fee for incidentals $20 each.
(Incidentals may be purchased on the day of the event at registration)
