This series is an introduction to the fundamentals of yoga. If you are interested in starting a yoga practice, but don't know where to begin, this series is for you! This four week series is designed for the beginner who will learn basic foundational poses and breath styles. Yoga connects the mind, body and spirit.
You will learn techniques to calm your mind, tone your body, and give you one-on-one guidance on how yoga can facilitate healing and transformation.
This series is perfect for new students and those who are returning after a lapse in their practice...getting "back to basics".
Plus... as a Beginners Series participant, you will be eligible to attend four BONUS classes on our regular schedule during the four weeks at NO additional charge! That's 8 classes for $75.00 Minimum of 8 students required for this series.
