Filling Homes needs a Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) to serve as a Health Services Coordinator (similar to a Director of Nursing).  The Health Services Coordinator is responsible for the health care of residents in two six-bed group homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This individual must be willing to work as part of a caring community of respect, dignity and partnership with individuals served and their guardians and team members.
The Health Services Coordinator is responsible for both managerial and clinical functions and will need to learn the federal and state regulations that govern the homes.
