Dessert Dash Fireworks Fundraiser!!!
Get ready for one of the most exciting parts of the evening—the Dessert Dash! This lively and interactive event gives your table the chance to compete for the sweetest prize of the night: first pick of the decadent desserts on display.
Here’s how it works:

• Each table will have a numbered flag and a Bid Sheet. Together, your table collaborates to submit a total bid, aiming to secure the highest spot in the dash order.
• Bid Sheets are collected during dinner. The table with the highest bid earns the honor of dashing to the Dessert Table first, followed by the second-highest bid, and so on.
• Before the dash begins, decide on one or two desserts your table would love to enjoy and select a designated “dasher” to dash to the Dessert Table.
• When your table is announced, your dasher races to the Dessert Table and claims your chosen treat by inserting your table flag into it. Tables follow in descending bid order until all desserts are claimed.
• Once claimed, desserts are cut, plated, and delivered to your table. If another table’s dessert catches your eye, you’re welcome to ask—but be ready to negotiate!
