Gold Sponsor $500 - Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees, and Entire Hole Sponsorship, Prize Sponsorship and one of the following: Putting Green, Driving Range or Chipping Area Sponsor.

Silver Sponsor $425 - Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees, Prize Sponsorship and Green or Tee sponsorship.

Bronze Sponsor $375 Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees, plus Prize Sponsorship.

Team Sponsor $350 Team Sponsor (4 golfers) Lunch/Buffet Dinner, Carts, Driving Range, Greens Fees.
